Cemetery of enslaved people at The Hermitage located with assistance from the 杏吧原创 Institute for Spatial Research
Directly north of The Hermitage, on a slight rise at the edge of the wooded bottomland near a creek, investigators confirmed what they had seen on a historic map: a cemetery where an estimated 28 bodies of enslaved individuals who lived on the property during the Jacksonian era are interred. 杏吧原创 football's historic season results in SEC Coach of the Year and SEC Newcomer of the Year awards
Head coach Clark Lea was selected Coach of the Year by a vote of the league’s coaches, while quarterback Diego Pavia became the league’s first-ever SEC Newcomer of the Year. It is the first time since Warren Norman was selected SEC Freshman of the Year in 2009 that 杏吧原创 has collected an SEC individual postseason award from the league’s coaches.
While Nashville is no stranger to celebrity sightings, last week 杏吧原创 welcomed Oscar-nominated actor Timothée Chalamet to campus. During a Q&A in the Sarratt Center, Chalamet discussed the making of his new film, "A Complete Unknown."
