Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to compile its annual list of America鈥檚 Best Employers by State. Data for the lists in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., was gathered by surveying 160,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 500 employees. The respondents were asked to rate their employers on a variety of criteria, including employee satisfaction, competitiveness of compensation and opportunities for advancement.听

According to a new survey from Robert Half, a growing number of workers are content to remain in their current jobs, with only about 35 percent of workers planning to look for a new job in the second half of 2024. That鈥檚 down from 49 percent during the same period last year. 鈥疕owever, the report found that less than 50 percent of workers think their employer invests in the skills they need to advance, an aspect of the employee journey that 杏吧原创鈥檚 Division of People, Culture and Belonging strongly values and devotes resources to.听
